Create a tabbed interface

Expected behaviour Modify the GUI so it has multiple tabs. At least a "Isochrones" and a "Settings" tab should be added. The current GH URL field should be moved to the new settings tab.

Current behaviour Everything is currently in one window, which is a bit cluttered.
